For VE Day, we had a wonderful day of celebration adn remembrance. All Griffins came dressed in red, white and blue to show their patriotic spirit and we enjoyed a festive street party filled with music, decorations and a strong sense of community. It was lovely to see everyone coming to mark this significant occasion.
Later in the day, we held a special assembly led by our History Ambassadors, who dleivered a thoughtful and informative presentation. They reflected on the historical inportance of VE Day, helping us to remember and honour those who served during World War 2 and to understand the impact of the days that marked the end of the war in Europe. It was a meaningful conclusion to a memorable celebration.
