Year 3 Enrichment Day
Get ready to step back in time! To celebrate our learning about the wonders of the Nile, Year 3 will be holding a special Egyptian Day. Our classrooms will be transformed into the land of the Pharaohs as we immerse ourselves in the daily life, rituals, and mysteries of Ancient Egypt.
From unravelling the secrets of mummification to mastering the art of hieroglyphics, it promises to be an unforgettable journey through history.
We would love for our Griffins to come dressed for the occasion! Whether your child wants to be a powerful Pharaoh, a mysterious mummy, or a humble Nile farmer, we encourage creativity.
Please ensure costumes are sensible and suitable for a full day of school. Children will be participating in active workshops and sitting on the floor, so they should be able to move freely and use the bathroom easily. Please avoid heavy masks that restrict vision or any sharp props.
